Resolving Conflicts (at work!)

When a coworker is upset about something, the best response is usually the simple question, “Why don’t you cry about it?”
Maybe I will!

  1. That's very true. It has worked for me. You really can't go wrong with that response. Even if they get more angry you can just repeat, "Why don't you cry about it?" Eventually they will give up and cry about it. And everyone feels better after a good cry.
